34-Year-Old Male has FUE transplant of 2,145 Grafts in one session
This 34-year-old male patient had been diagnosed with male pattern loss in the frontal hairline and top of the head. After consulting with Dr. Gabel on what options were available to him, Dr. Gabel recommended the Follicular Unit Excision procedure as the patient had a good donor area.
On the day of surgery, Dr. Gabel drew in a new hairline and marked out the areas which would receive the donor grafts. During the all-day procedure, Dr. Gabel transplanted 2,145 hair grafts into the patient’s recipient area in the frontal and top region of the patient’s scalp where he had been significantly thinning.
There have been 13 months following the procedure, during which time the patient has closely followed Dr. Gabel’s post-operative care regimen. The post-operative photos show remarkable regrowth in the recipient area, and the patient is extremely satisfied with his results.
